Updated state immunization requirements

Changes to the state's immunization requirements take effect on Sept. 1, 2007. The changes affect requirements for diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis vaccines. To read a letter to parents that explains the changes, click here.

Kindergarten registration eligibility

To be eligible for Kindergarten in September 2005, children must be 5 years old on or before December 1, 2005. Parents are asked to bring proof of age on an original birth or baptismal certificate and any immunization records with them.

If you know what school your child will be attending, please call the school directly to schedule an appointment. If you are not certain which school your child will attend, please contact Pupil Services at (518) 843-5239.
