Mrs. Goyette's ESL Class Website

WELCOME to Mrs. Goyette's website.   Parents and guardians can visit to contact us or to find out what is going on in their child's ESL class during the academic year.  ESL stands for English As A Second Language.  Students who speak another language in their home are eligible to be tested for this class.  English lessons support the classroom curriculum in Reading, Language, Spelling, Writing,  and the content areas.     Students progress at their own pace and learn to read using ESL techniques.  Reading First curriculum is implemented  in the ESL classroom in order to help students achieve their individual classroom benchmarks.   Questions or comments by parents are welcome.
