English 10 regents periods 3&7 Third Quarter-We just finished reading Julius Caesar. They are starting an essay on the movie "Remember the Titans" and will be writing and essay dealing with the conflicts in the movie. We will read Oedipus and Antigone in class. We will their research paper the last two weeks of March on a career they are interested in. |
English 10 college prep period 5 Third Quarter- Students are currently working on the final draft of their research paper. This is due March 19. They just finished Lord of the Flies. They are going to read Julius Caesar in class. There will be questions at the end of acts for homework and quote quizzes at the end of each act. They will have an essay and a unit test |
English 10 honors period 4 Third Quarter- Students just finished reading The Merchant of Venice and are currently working in groups on their research paper. This will be due towards the end of March. They will begin reading Night this quarter. |
