Kindergarteners visit the Saratoga
Children's Museum
Marie Curie kindergarteners got to do a
little construction during their visit to the Children's Museum
at Saratoga.
The kindergarteners took part in a program
called Imagination Station, a hands-on lesson in which
students used recycled materials to build something they got
from their imagination. The program tied in nicely with the
school's engineering theme, as it required students to use
their creativity and engineering skills to think up
an idea and make it a reality.
Students also toured the museum and got to play with
all of the fascinating "Kid Sized" exhibits. The children
thoroughly enjoyed their visit and were even talking about it
the next day!
The program was educational and captivated the
children's interest the whole time. We look forward to more
programs like this in the future.
