HOMEWORK

Some form of homework is given every night.  If it appears that your child has nothing else to do, then he/she can always study their spelling words and D.O.L. and read for Book-It.  Your child should come to school every day with an assignment notebook to write down his/her assignments throughout the day.  I post my homework assignments on the blackboard as well.  If your child does not have a homework assignment completed, he/she loses their coupon automatically for that day.  Please check your child's assignment pad every evening and encourage your child to do their homework as soon as they get home.  This seems to work best.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at school.
